杨校长的家项目位于杭州市滨江区天寓 ，项目435平米。
入户前的小门厅，便于进门前更换鞋品、收纳简单交通工具，既舒适又便于打理。高品质清水泥是天寓住宅的特色，很少有建筑商会花大代价将隐蔽的水泥墙面与顶面做到如此规整。为了不埋没这美好，专门请工匠将水泥墙外层粉刷的白色涂料剥离干净，看似简单，花费的人工却不低。这也算是天寓人的一大特色 -- 不在乎外人怎么理解，但清楚地知道自己要什么。
家有俩娃，外加长辈，平时常驻七口人，餐厅配备了长餐桌，每天三代同堂一起用餐是最热闹的时刻。半开放的西厨用于清洗水果、制作烘焙；中厨则用一道门相隔完全独立，以避免油烟。

将单独的一间房设立为茶室，铺上榻榻米，放上软榻。有朋友来访，沏一壶茶，盘腿而坐，聊聊人生也是惬意。两个孩子是家里最大的宝，游戏空间、亲子阅读、布艺玩偶，既可陈列也便于收纳，独立的玩具房成为孩子们最喜欢的秘密基地。卧室是最私密的空间，美观、整洁、安静，所有的衣物收纳的干干净净，令人在自我的空间里完全放松。
顶层的天台是一个极好的放松地，种些花花草草，时而呼朋唤友聚餐烧烤。坐在露台，仰望蓝天白云，夜间繁星满天。
